Every live order on one board, each with a single next action — Start, Ready, Picked up. Delivery orders get one extra beat, because a drink being made and a drink leaving are two different moments, and each one is a text the customer gets. Every drink built the same way, every shift.
Turn recipes on and the build sheet opens right on the order: amounts, numbered steps, prep time, and your own notes. Writing them is the part nobody has time for, so there are three ways in — type it, tap ✨ and have AI draft the standard recipe for that drink, or photograph the laminated card taped inside the cabinet and have it transcribed. Nothing saves until you have read it.

Send whoever is driving a link — no account, no login, no seat to pay for. Their board lists today's stops with the address first and one big button per order, sized for a phone in a parking lot. Orders the counter hasn't finished are visible but not yet runnable, so a driver never leaves with a drink that isn't made.
